1. Before and after using the soldering iron

Apply tin to the soldering iron tip to form an effective protective layer on the surface of the soldering iron tip to enhance the oxidation resistance and thermal conductivity of the soldering iron tip.
2. Try to use low temperature welding
High temperatures will accelerate the oxidation of the tip and reduce the life of the tip. If the tip temperature exceeds 470 ° C, its oxidation rate is twice that of 380 ° C.
3. Do not apply too much pressure
When soldering, do not apply too much pressure to the soldering iron tip or solder joint. Otherwise, it is easy to damage the soldering iron tip. As long as the soldering iron tip can fully contact the solder joint and the heat can be transmitted normally, the tin can be melted.
4. Remove the oxide on the surface of the soldering iron tip in time, and keep the soldering iron tip evenly on the tin.
Timely remove the oxide on the surface of the soldering iron tip and keep the tin on the soldering iron tip to effectively extend the service life of the soldering iron tip, reducing the chance of the soldering iron tip being oxidized. The temperature of the tin on the soldering iron is generally around 250 °C, and the temperature should not be too high. The best antioxidant effect.
The high temperature resistant sponge must be wrung out with wet water before it can be used to wipe the oxide on the soldering iron tip, otherwise the soldering iron tip may be damaged.
