Lab-Line 3526 Floor Model Orbital Incubator Shaker - working w/ some issues

Description

Used Lab-Line 3526LB Floor Model Orbital Incubator Shaker - working with a few problems.
Working:
heats up, dial indicator works, shakes
Not working:
lights 1 & 6 burned out, all light buttons responsive
fan in light bay works intermittently
speed control indicator not working
speed control works as long as knob stays above the white area (see last pic). If it goes into the white area, speed is too slow and motor stops. When it stays above, shaker works great and runs smooth
